Ingredients
- Fresh Scallops
- Lemon
- Butter
- Old Bay
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat Skillet for 1-3 minutes on low heat
- Add in room temperature butter or oil
- The first scallop should sizzle as soon as it hits the pan
- Sear them without moving them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden!
- Season with salt and Old Bay to taste
